The commission also welcomed newly seated Commissioner Barrett‑Washington, and members discussed additional internal training to help the board work cohesively.
Next procedural note: the commission said cases will be reviewed as needed and indicated a possible June 17 meeting date if items are available. Jones concluded by saying the commission wants its recommendations to be respected and that its members act out of care for the community.
