The CIB Finance Committee approved payment of bills totaling $19,051.67 at its April 22 meeting, including an $11,705 invoice to Ignition Arts LLC for Larry Bird graphics, and also approved the minutes from its March meeting.
The committee chair opened the meeting and read the accounts payable list, noting individual items: Felling, Lawrenceworth, and Weduki for $2,051.50; RJL Solutions LLC for $5,000; CenterPoint Energy for $98.53; Ignition Arts LLC for $11,705 (listed as Larry Bird graphics); Indiana American Water for $168.43; and the City of Terre Haute Sewage for $28.21. "Any questions on the bills as presented?" the chair asked; when none were raised, a committee member moved to "approve the bills as read," a second was given, and the motion passed on a voice vote.
Committee members then turned to minutes from the previous Finance Committee meeting. The minutes from March (recorded as March 25) were moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
When asked if staff had items to bring before the Finance Committee, the chair addressed Kyle, who said he did not and that he would wait to go over the budget at the full meeting. No substantive budget discussion or budget votes occurred at this session.
With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made and seconded and the committee adjourned.
