Vista Montana resident urges ‘keep clear’ markings, safer access on Palm Drive

She requested ‘‘keep clear’’ pavement markings and ‘‘do not block driveway’’ signage, and asked the city to consider restoring a center merge area that previously allowed drivers a designated place to wait before merging into traffic.
She said the measures typically require only an engineering review rather than a full traffic study, called them a low‑cost safety step and requested that faded markings be refreshed while crews are in the area. City staff told Godwin they would follow up and have someone contact her to discuss next steps.
