Board elects Chuck Bornhoft as chair, Lance chosen as vice chair in secret ballots

The board also conducted a random drawing to select members for a five-person ad hoc appointment committee; the members selected were Chris Berg, John Bennett, Judy Nigbor, Chuck Fornoff, and Hans Achterberg. The chair indicated the committee appointments will be confirmed on the consent agenda.
