Fischer said staff have assisted 1,355 low- and moderate-income residents through programs including down-payment assistance, new Section 8 vouchers and eviction prevention, representing about 23% of the plan's resident-focused goal as of Dec. 31, 2025. On supply, she said the city has added roughly 2,000 market-rate units and more than 500 affordable units, with over 400 additional affordable units committed and in the pipeline.
