"We capture that data and we integrate it with ActiveNet," the presenter said, adding that good data will be required for reliable verification.
Commissioners suggested minor wording and formatting changes, recommended circulating the draft among administrative staff and leadership, and asked staff to bring a revised draft back to the commission next month. The item was informational and not an action item.
Next steps: staff will circulate the draft, work on GIS–ActiveNet integration and return to the commission with a revised survey for approval.
