Commission approves agenda and minutes; council reports townhouse ordinance change

The Lexington Planning Commission opened its April 23 meeting by approving the agenda and, with a requested attendance addition, approving the prior meeting minutes as amended.
The chair called for the agenda approval: “I move we approve the agenda as presented,” a commissioner said; a second followed and the motion passed unanimously. Later the commission approved the minutes with one member asking that 'Chris' be added to the attendance list. The meeting closed with a motion and second to adjourn.
In other business the city council report noted the council had approved a zoning-ordinance amendment to allow townhouses not to front on a public street; staff said there had been minimal public comment on that ordinance change.
