Rachel Lucas, who identified herself as a Parks & Recreation Commission board member, opened public comment asking the city to add short, bullet'style summaries of council and commission meetings on the city website and to publish a one'stop list of active city projects with an "update me" option. "I don't think that's very attainable for the average citizen to put in all this time and effort to review everything to know what's happening," Lucas said, urging easier ways for residents to keep tabs on projects.
