Staff recommended approval subject to four conditions: overnight stays shall not be permitted, employees must not park on the street during business hours, the applicant must construct the described improvements and all work must comply with applicable codes, and the ordinance must be recorded with the Cook County Recorder of Deeds before a building permit is issued.
