Council thanked operations staff for working in poor weather conditions.
Separately, staff explained the monthly power supply cost adjustment (SCA) for April 2026 and reported that transmission costs have risen year over year (staff cited an approximately $129,000 higher overall bill versus April of the previous year, and noted the transmission component increased roughly $242,000 in comparative months). Council approved the April SCA by roll call.
