Committee approves inspection and load‑rating for Lumpark box culvert

Staff asked the committee to hire Bolton and Meek to perform the required initial load rating and inspection.
Abigor said the firm had performed similar work for other local bridges and staff recommended contracting with them to complete the analysis. Council approved the request by voice vote.
The inspection will determine the load rating and help staff understand whether repairs or restrictions are needed to comply with state inventory and safety standards.
