The consent agenda was moved by committee member Grice and seconded by committee member Each; members voted 'aye' and the chair recorded the motion as passing 4-0. Staff said contract renewals and administrative approvals will be captured in monthly updates and on future consent agendas so the board remains informed.
The contract renewal will allow the CRA’s residential rehabilitation program to continue receiving inspection and quality-control services under the stated per-project rate; staff listed next steps as executing the renewal and scheduling services.
