Staff described four related applications: a future land-use map amendment to redesignate approximately 18 acres from single-family low-density residential to industrial business (item 5B); a zoning map amendment to change the same ~18 acres from agricultural conservation to industrial business (5C); a future land-use amendment to change about 157.31 acres on the western portion of the parcel to conservation (5D); and a zoning map amendment converting roughly 79.51 acres from PUDs to agricultural conservation (5E).
