Walser Public Works Authority affirms one-year water, sewer and refuse rates

Novozinski introduced Item 5 as a companion to a resolution the city council approved earlier the same evening and offered to answer questions. Chair Alvin asked whether anyone had signed up to speak; staff reported none. A trustee moved to approve the item and a second was recorded.
Trustees were polled on the motion. Recorded affirmative votes were: Vice Chair Paul Loving; Mister Belthrop; Trustee Jamie Dunn; Trustee Cody Walter; and Mister Krug. The motion passed on the recorded yes votes. The staff presentation and approval mean the rates will be advanced consistent with the companion resolution cited by Novozinski.
The meeting also approved the consent agenda earlier in the session, heard no reports from the OPWA manager or attorney (both recorded as "no report"), and concluded with a motion to adjourn that passed on roll call.
