Commissioner Killian moved to accept the clerk‑auditor’s approvals; Commissioner Miles seconded and both voted aye.
Financial items approved included vouchers presented by Deputy Clerk‑Auditor Oaklee Larsen (check numbers 172759–172826 totaling $386,292.47) and payroll presented by Human Resource Payroll & Benefits Administrator Jamie Park (220 employees paid, total $374,584.29). The payroll approval was made subject to review of payroll‑related invoices; both motions passed with Commissioner Killian moving and Commissioner Miles seconding.
The commission also approved the minutes of its April 27, 2026 combined meeting "as amended." The meeting recessed from 9:25 a.m. to 9:36 a.m. and later adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
