The panel also arranged shadowing and training for veteran reviewers to onboard new panel members to the case‑review process.
The monitor also described outreach and training activities attended that month, including sessions on traffic safety and procedural justice, and recommended continued work to improve timeliness and clarity in classification and case access for the panel.
