The board approved submission of the application 4-0.
At the meeting’s close, Commissioner Vest moved and Commissioner Flowerday seconded to adjourn at 10:01 a.m.; Commissioners Schulte, Vest, Johnson and Flowerday voted yes. The motion carried 4-0.
