Council hears engineering update: 2024 project retention remains, storm pond at 90% pending state approval

Council did not take formal action on these items at the meeting; members asked for continued follow-up. The city also announced that budget overview presentations for enterprise funds and a general-fund discussion will occur at the next council meeting scheduled two weeks from this session.
