Equipment funding: The council approved using $8,000 from a public safety fund grant to equip a donated F‑150 pickup for public-safety use; rural partners agreed to the remaining cost.
Pension benefit: After staff presented fund projections and conservative rate assumptions, the council approved increasing the pension benefit from $4,150 to $5,000 per year of service; staff said the fund could support the adjustment under the modeled scenarios.
Boards: The council appointed Brian Pollson to an open park board seat.
