The commission voted to form a three‑member subcommittee (Commissioners Jesse, Sherban and Allen) to draft a recommendation to City Council identifying corrective steps, emphasizing improved front‑end scoping, data analysis and oversight.
The commission’s final action asks staff to collect past project data for the subcommittee and directed the subcommittee to return a draft recommendation for commission review before transmittal to council.
