One resident called the plan "preposterous," urging the city to prioritize vehicle abatement instead of altering circulation.
A committee member moved that the TAC recommend City Council not pursue the Hillsdale one‑way conversion; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. Staff recorded the recommendation for inclusion in the committee’s report to council.
