City administrator: legacy project bids under estimate but require BP review; Ryan Companies to begin work in North Schuman Business Park

Bill also said the city's 11th Avenue capital improvement project has started and that Ryan Companies is expected to begin work soon in the North Schuman Business Park. He described the nearby Schuman property as cleared and being subdivided into roughly one-and-a-half to two-acre highway-commercial lots to attract interest from developers.
