The resident also asked, “What's being built at the old church straight at Cherry Hill and John Daly? Are they going to be for seniors or just …?” A council member identified the project as condominiums but said they did not know whether the units would be designated for seniors.
No additional in-person or Zoom public comments were recorded and the meeting proceeded to closed session business. The city controller was identified in the meeting record as the staff member who would know the number of accounts; no numeric account total or firm detail on the redevelopment project was given on the record.
