Staff and the petitioner reported a re-submittal earlier that afternoon and said engineering had responded with comments that were characterized as typical and capable of being addressed post-approval. Commissioners noted the site is already served by town stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure and described the parcel as having been vacant for roughly 15 years.
John Gill moved to approve the site plan with the two conditions; the motion was seconded and carried on a 5-0 voice vote. The motion text specified the $615 SWPPP fee and the photometric plan requirement; commissioners requested the conditions be included in the motion record. No members of the public spoke during the public-comment period.
Next steps noted in the meeting record are the applicant's submission of the photometric update and confirmation of SWPPP fee payment; staff indicated the remaining engineering items were minor.
