The Town of St. John Plan Commission on April 15 approved the final plat for the re-subdivision of St. John Commons phase one, expanding lots 14 and 15 and modifying outlot B.
Commissioners said staff and engineering had reviewed the submission and that the proposal was ministerial in nature with an engineering approval letter on file. The commission noted that any structures on the reconfigured lots would remain more than 50 feet from the edge of nearby pipeline easements.
John Gill moved to approve the final plat; the motion was seconded by Mr. Blaney and carried on a 5-0 voice vote. No public objections or town-level issues were recorded in the discussion.
The action completes the secondary platting step for the affected lots in St. John Commons; the commission did not attach additional conditions beyond the engineering review. The commission proceeded to the next agenda item following the vote.
