Staff confirmed the development text for Ker Crossing permits up to two model homes but requires conditional‑use review for the parking and model‑home status.
Commissioners asked for clarifications about when the parking would be removed and how model homes would be converted to standard residential use. The applicant estimated one to two years for the sales period before the model home would be converted and sold as a residence. The commission approved the conditional use by roll call (Mayor St. John: Yes; Mr. Long: Yes; Mr. Palma: Yes; Mrs. Stark: Yes).
