Board pauses purchasing-policy changes, rescinds recent 6430 revision

On the motion of a board member, the board rescinded the recently approved revision to policy 6430, keeping the district’s current procedures in place while staff reconciles the language and returns with a coordinated package. The remainder of the recommended policy updates, excluding 6420 which remains under review, were approved.
