Goule told members the board's prior resolution called for greater nurse staffing; she and others described a sharp decline — a roughly 50% drop in RNs between school-year 24 and 25 — and said the committee seeks the updated figures to determine next steps. "We want the final numbers for school years 24–25," she said, and asked for similar detail for 25–26 and budgeted positions for 26–27.
Members supported collecting these data as a follow-up to earlier resolutions and to inform the board's next actions. Staff (Dr. Fleer) will prepare the letter for committee review before the working session.
