The Rotary Club pledged $2,400 toward a trail marker, and Flounder Brewing announced a collaboration: a Washington‑Rochambeau Trail beer with a Hillsborough‑themed label to be released on May 17. Brewery representative Jeremy said a portion of proceeds will support the trail association’s ongoing historical research and interpretation programs.
The Committee welcomed the designation and the local partnership; no formal action was required.
