The House Energy and Digital Infrastructure committee said April 29 it will vote on S.202 at 10:30 a.m. the following day and will receive an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) update at 11 a.m.
"10:30 we're voting on S202. Everybody has the final draft in their inbox. And then yes, ERP," the chair said, laying out the schedule.
The committee also confirmed it has written testimony from the Agency of Transportation and that Director Morse plans to appear in person to deliver the agency’s update. The chair said another written submission (transcribed in the meeting as "V Doll") could not attend because of a conference and that the submitter was invited to testify the next week.
Why it matters: The S.202 vote and the ERP briefing are scheduled items where members will record positions and ask for any clarifying materials. The presence of the AOT director indicates the committee will have an agency briefing available to members.
Next steps: The committee will convene to vote on S.202, hold the ERP update, and hear AOT testimony as scheduled; staff will follow up to confirm the identity and availability of the party transcribed as "V Doll."
