Clay County honors long-serving election-board deputy clerk Terry Craddock Allman on retirement

Commissioner Wagner and others congratulated Allman; Allman accepted the recognition and thanked the commission and staff. The commissioners recessed briefly to present the resolution and take photographs.
The resolution, read into the record, notes Allmans prior experience as a court reporter and her 10 years, 7 months and 14 days of service as a Republican deputy clerk for the Clay County Election Board beginning Sept. 16, 2015. Commissioners praised her dedication to ensuring ballots were counted and voters rights were protected. The ceremony concluded before the commission moved on to the consent agenda.
