Board approves minutes, new PhD in integrative biology and a recommended 2% salary pool

Eligibility rules presented to the board specified employees must have a satisfactory or better evaluation and be employed on or before March 1, 2026, to qualify; those on performance improvement (PIP) or performance enhancement (PEP) plans for 2026 were ineligible. The board approved the recommendation by roll call.
