"Students are not opposed to progress," Westbrook said; "they are asking that as improvements continue, the university remain attentive to day‑to‑day experiences like getting to class and finding parking."
He outlined student government efforts to fund more weekend programming and proposed a cabinet position focused on athletics to strengthen ties between SGA and campus sports engagement. Trustees congratulated Westbrook on his report and encouraged continued student involvement in planning and events.
