Council approved the consent agenda by unanimous roll-call vote: Miss Anderson (yes), Mrs. Ball Miller (yes), Mr. McCaffrey (yes), Miss Snyder (yes) and Mayor Lambert (yes). The council also approved the evening bill list totaling $414,575.89 by the same unanimous vote.
The change orders listed for the emergency center (Resolutions 119—122) were presented as part of the consent package; the council moved them forward without separate discussion. Several council members noted there were many resolutions on the agenda and asked whether any item needed to be pulled for discussion; none were pulled.
