Motions to approve the April 6 and April 20 meeting minutes were moved and seconded and carried by voice vote. The board then reviewed Warrant No. 23 (General $25,646.16; Water $11,972; Sewer $2,291.45; total $39,348.3) and Payroll No. 24 ($108,365.35) and voted to approve the warrant after motions and a second.

Later in the meeting, members moved, seconded and voted to enter executive session to discuss two contractual matters and one personnel matter; the meeting recessed at approximately 6:31 p.m.
