"It's not me. It's the team," Bremer said, praising custodial and maintenance staff for decades of institutional knowledge and for completing much project work in-house.
Board members thanked staff for the comprehensive 83‑page evidence packet and video illustrating maintenance requests, tracking systems and capital-planning decisions. The motions to approve the roof proposals and to accept the OE‑12 monitoring report passed by voice vote; staff will proceed with competitive bid execution and project scheduling.
