Chair Sanchez moved and the board seconded a motion to convene in closed session to discuss collective bargaining, threatened or pending litigation identified by case name, contract negotiations, and acquisition or disposition of real property or water rights under the authority of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA). The roll call motion passed and the board met in closed session before returning to open session and adjourning the meeting.
