Staff said the final site plan is consistent with the approved preliminary site plan and that outstanding items are primarily administrative: performance guarantees and engineering division sign‑offs must be secured before township board final approval.
Commissioners moved to recommend approval, with the motion noting that required performance guarantees must be in place before the township board considers final action. The motion carried on a roll call vote.
What happens next: applicant and engineering division will finalize required financial guarantees and then the township board will be asked to take final action.
