McCall council approves Tate's Rents CUP, adopts Lakeshore rates and greenlights maintenance contracts

Maintenance contracts and airport committee actions: The council approved Curtis Clean Sweep proposals totaling $57,340.90 for crack sealing, taxi/runway repainting and related pavement work. The council also adopted revisions to the Airport Advisory Committee charter to expand residency eligibility to the school‑district boundary and appointed Rick Faraday and Russ Stroberg to three‑year AAC terms.
Simba LOT extension: Council approved a two‑year extension through Sept. 30, 2027 of $23,800 in FY25 LOT funds previously awarded to Simba for a mountain‑bike facility, with staff and Simba agreeing on a completion timeframe.
Budget schedule: Council set the FY2027 budget public hearing for Aug. 13, 2026 to meet statutory notice requirements; staff will return with budget materials and review sessions through June.
