• Public‑health communications and programs: The board approved a purchase order with Advanced Local Media for an HPV vaccine outreach campaign funded through an immunization grant and accepted multiple Healthy Start and Early Head Start grant contracts with local education partners.
• Miscellaneous grants and procurements: The board accepted smaller grant awards (marine safety grant, victim services grants), approved park programming funding and authorized purchase orders for playground surfacing and backup generators at county parks.
