The Royal Palm Beach Planning and Zoning Commission approved Application 26-044 AAR to install a 32-foot flag pole at 133 South State Road 7 on behalf of Steak and Shake Operations, Inc.
Staff presented the application on behalf of applicant Bulldog Contracting LLC and recommended approval. Renee Gordon, the applicant representative, was sworn in and did not offer additional testimony. Staff’s presentation identified the proposed location and indicated the flag pole height of 32 feet.
No members of the public spoke for or against the application. Commissioners moved to approve the request; the motion was seconded and recorded as carried 5-0.
The approval grants architectural sign/site approval for the flag pole; any building or electrical permits required for installation will be processed through the village permitting system.
