County superintendent asks board to explain recent 'no' votes on fund certification

Board President McIsaac read the letter aloud and told the meeting that the board had been seeking legal clarity, noting that one board member was not afforded a chance to provide a reason. He said the board’s counsel had been contacted and that the district would work with counsel to provide a satisfactory response to the county office.
