Board approves routine motions, convenes special meeting
Summary

At the end of the special meeting portion the board approved routine procedural items. Gloria Branch moved and Erica Whitfield seconded a motion to accept the minutes; the motion carried unanimously. The board also voted to approve the agenda and the consent agenda by unanimous voice vote, and later approved a motion to adjourn.
No substantive ordinances, resolutions or program adoptions were decided in the special meeting segment of the session; the workshop portion focused on updates and planning rather than formal policy adoptions.
