Goshen approves transfer of three West Wilden lots to Habitat for Humanity

Greg Conrad, president of Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County, told the board the nonprofit looks forward to beginning construction and thanked city staff for working through the process. Board members did not raise objections during the discussion.
The resolution passed on a unanimous voice vote. Next steps include final execution of the agreement and Habitat’s scheduling of a groundbreaking and construction timeline with city staff and permitting officials.
