Members also noted the project already faces a two-week asbestos-removal delay that could grow to four weeks if salvage proceeds, which in turn could affect parking-lot and bus-lane work and fall preparations. The board asked staff to prepare auction photos and materials and to proceed with a short-auction option if possible.
