The board approved the motion to advertise with recorded affirmative votes from Mr. Meade, Ms. King and Dr. Howard.
The board also noted that the next regular meeting is May 14 and then adjourned. The vote authorizes staff to publish the solicitation and begin the procurement process; no contract award was made at the session.
