Talawanda City school board appoints Meade as pro tem treasurer

The chair thanked Meade for taking on the task, saying, “Thank you, and thank you, Mr. Meade, for taking on this task this evening.” The appointment is interim and was made to ensure district financial duties are covered until the treasurer returns or a permanent arrangement is made.
The board noted its next regular meeting is May 14. The special session adjourned after the appointment and completion of the single-agenda items.
