A supervisor moved to amend the special-use permit as described; the clerk recorded a unanimous roll-call vote (Mr. Radford, Mrs. Hooker, Mr. North, Mr. Mahoney, Mrs. Shepard all voted yes). The motion passed 5-0.
The board’s decision replaces a condition that previously tied signage approval to a specific sign rendering with a simple size limit (approx. 12 ft high by 10 ft wide) to reduce administrative burden on future owners while maintaining a dimensional control.
