The board also approved several routine licensing items: a one-day alcohol license for Simple Elegant Catering (Salvatore Amber) for an event at 136 Water Street, a motor vehicle license for FC Auto Group (Nelly Sodto) at 519 South Union Street, and a class two auto dealer application for Two South Broadway (Roger Farah) pending final inspections and confirmation of car capacity. Multiple patio extension applications were held for final documentation or placed at the end of the agenda for later review.
Commissioners praised licensing staff (Antonio) for assistance to entrepreneurs navigating the permitting process. The board concluded its business and adjourned; the next meeting is scheduled for April 29 at 5:30 p.m.
