Commission honors life of Charlie Severance

Commissioner Frasier introduced the resolution and recited biographical highlights, including Severance's athletic career at Central High School and the University of Tennessee, his service in the Tennessee General Assembly and as assistant commissioner of State Parks, and his local civic involvement.
The resolution was approved by unanimous voice vote and will be presented to the Severance family.
